Accessibility for anyone who wants to reserve a trip
How the pages are built and how to reach the office if one gets in your way.
What the office aims for
Tennessee Balloon Rides aims for every page of this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. Each page can be used with a keyboard alone, starts with a link that skips to the main text, and keeps one main heading followed by headings in order.
Contrast, reflow and alt text on these pages
Body text holds a contrast ratio no lower than 4.5:1 with its background, and on a narrow screen the layout drops to one column without sideways scrolling. Every photograph carries a text description of what it shows. The small clock beside each trip is a drawing of the time you leave the lodging, and that time is always written beside it. The line above the footer is a drawing of the lodging towns at their elevation, with a text title that says so. The trip request form labels every field and does not depend on color to show what is needed.
The nights slider and other rough edges
The range control for the number of nights is read differently by different screen readers; the number chosen is also written next to it as text. If any page gets in your way, the office can take the whole request by phone at +1 (954) 431-8460 or by email at sunrise@tennesseeballoonrides.com, and will send the quote in the format you ask for.
Report a page that blocks you
Write to sunrise@tennesseeballoonrides.com, naming the page and the problem. The office replies within one business day and says when the page will be fixed. Statement revised October 24, 2026.
